To provide the highest level of service and availability to all clients, Hair By Lindee requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. This policy helps offset the reserved time that could have otherwise been offered to another client.
No-shows, defined as failing to arrive for an appointment without prior notice, may also be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings.
All appointment times are reserved specifically for you. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While we understand that unexpected situations can occur, policy enforcement is at the discretion of Hair By Lindee and may vary based on appointment history and circumstances.
On-Scalp Bleach / Platinum Services
Please arrive with unwashed hair. About 1–2 days of natural
oil helps protect the scalp and reduce irritation during lightening.
Balayage / Highlights
Wash your hair about 24 hours before your appointment. Clean hair allows us
to see your natural fall and movement, while a slightly lived-in scalp is ideal.
Haircut Only
Arrive with clean, freshly washed hair. This helps us assess your natural
texture, shape, and movement accurately.
